Step 1 | Design Contract

You have a vision and we have the team to help you bring that vision to life. Our journey starts with us sitting down to have a conversation about what it is you’re looking for. After gathering the information we need you will be presented with a design contract. Once the contract is accepted, we will begin the preliminary design and estimate.

Step 2 | Preliminary Design + Estimate

This consists of a floor plan and the cost to build. We go through everything. Every detail of the house is talked about here. Picking out links to products, paint colors, finishes, we make sure everything is decided ahead of time. All these details will be incorporated into the final drawing set.

Step 3 | Final Drawing Set + Build Proposal

A construction drawing set and proposal for a build project is presented and once accepted we begin pre construction! We have a talented team of engineers, timber framers, joinery, cabinet makers whose expertise will bring your vision to life. Everything personalized with quality craftsmanship. See your space brought to life through photo realistic renders and imagine yourself in what is to come.

We take care of all of the details in preparing your property to keep the teams working smoothly, on time, and on budget. From permitting and fees, to ordering any long lead time materials, we make sure all the details are taken care of so you don’t have to. With consistent communication, you will not be left in worry, confusion or with any surprises.
