With a degree in Civil Engineering and over a decade of experience in construction management, Matt Sypher is a seasoned professional who got started in New York City's heavy construction industry. His expertise spans design, project management, and cost estimation, ensuring projects are completed on time and with precision. Known for his stable demeanor and organized workflow, Matt thrives in team-oriented environments while also excelling in independent roles.
After relocating to New Hampshire in 2015, he transitioned to freelance engineering and collaborating with various builders. In 2021, Matt shifted his focus to residential project management, working exclusively with LaPlante Builders. His dedication to high-quality, efficient home construction led to him acquiring the company in 2023. He prides himself on cultivating long-lasting relationships with vendors and clients, built on trust, collaboration, and a shared vision of connecting through innovation and creativity.

Vince Eugene
As the newest team member at Sypher Design Build, Vince brings over 20 years of leadership experience across the technical, energy, construction, and real estate sectors. A proven entrepreneurial leader, Vince has successfully founded and grown multiple businesses while managing high-performing teams.
Before joining Sypher Design Build, Vince co-founded and led a technology services company, where he drove its transformation and growth through strategic initiatives and operational excellence.His broad experience in business development, project execution, and scaling operations now informs his approach to guiding SDB’s diverse range of construction projects. He is consistently incorporating the latest advancements in building science and innovative project management to deliver exceptional results for both residential and commercial clients.
Vince’s unique perspective stems from his personal involvement in real estate and construction, not only as a contractor but also as a client and investor. With interior design Allie thrives on collaborating closely with clients. She finds inspiration in hearing their visions and dreams for their homes, believing that every detail has a story to tell. For Allie, home is not just a space; it's a sanctuary where rest and inspiration intertwine. Her passion lies in creating environments that encourage exploration and creativity, transforming everyday living into a poetic experience.
In addition to her interior design work, Allie continues to create ceramic home goods, as well as capturing content for the company along the way.
